RAILWAY HOUSE
Created by Neil Cook, Railway House is eight luxury self catered apartments that are perfectly built and styled to be your elegant home away from home. Located in the gorgeous setting of Holgate Road in York, it's only a few minutes out of the bustle of York City Centre.

Delivering the Solution
Railway House was a brand new concept and our work began with art direction of a photoshoot. We needed styled shots of the space that could be used across PR and the official website. This required a bit of imagination and creativity, as the actual building was still in the throes of construction!
We then drove a nationwide PR campaign to build awareness of the new concept prior to its launch, so we could drive enquiries and bookings. Ultimately, we wanted to ensure an impactful opening and drive revenue from as soon as possible.
Finally we supported a launch event that saw us welcome over 80 local business owners and journalists for a first time preview of Railway House. We collaborated with local hospitality brands to ensure a luxury welcome for our guests, and supported the delivery of house tours throughout the evening.
A part of our work together also included Crisis Management, as the team at Railway House had to deal with an unfortunate flooding the night before their launch event. We reorganised the evening, liaised with press and supported the team logistically.
