Founded by Chef Stephen Andrews, Fish & Forest is an incredible York restaurant dedicated to exceptional seafood and game meat, with a focus on sustainability and locally foraged produce. In 2023 it was recognised in the Michelin Guide for its Commitment to Sustainable Gastronomy; being recently listed on Harden’s; as well as receiving an AA Rosette.
In 2024 it prepares to move to a bigger venue in York city centre.

Delivering the Solution
After reviewing the existing Fish & Forest offer and reviewing their future plans, we put a plan together towards how the brand could make an even bigger impact in the city.
We offered creative direction around a series of photoshoots and a brand new website, before launching a strong nationwide PR campaign that could reintroduce Chef Stephen and the Fish & Forest brand. And then, promote the upcoming launch of their venue and brand new wine bar.

The Results
We brought in the talented Mark Bewick to create a stylish new website for Fish & Forest, and managed a series of photoshoots which perfectly brought the brand to life.
We now work alongside the Fish & Forest team to deliver a powerful PR campaign with aims to promote Stephen as the talent that he is, and prepare for the launch of the new restaurant in May 2024. Already the brand has appeared in BDaily, Yorkshire Post and The York Press.
