Creating a completely new brand for the luxury sector was an exciting project that required forward planning and a deep insight into the founders’ dreams and aspirations. With The Vices, we needed to understand how the brand would develop, the customer experience that was being curated and where the brand would be positioned in the market.
This enabled us to create impactful branding and manage customer communication in the most authentic and strategic way. We became Brand Partners, and have supported the Directors in their Brand Development and Design, Marketing Strategy, Website Design, PR and Customer Comms.
As well as developing The Vices York branding, our role has moved into the various experiences within the hotel including the Cocktail Bar, Wine Library and their in-house dining experience, Allium.
The Vices York has created ripples in the hospitality and design industry with excitement building around the opening of the private-house hotel. Nationwide publications sought out The Vices York within weeks of their first release, and influencer outreach has seen the brand partner with super influencers boasting over a million followers.
Iconic luxury brands have seen the benefits of aligning with The Vices and plans are now in place for some incredible collaborations in 2023.
